To ensure the consistency of the validity of the new course, the logical flow of learning within the new course was developed to match the flow of the old course. The graphics, self-assessment and the interactivity with the graphics were maintained using the Storyline authoring tool.
The development of the registration and certification process using BaseCorp’s SkillBuilder®Learning Management System was customized to allow for the integration with employee ID’s from each of the 8 stakeholders.
Lastly, our software developers analyzed and cleaned up the historical user database received from NLCHI. We ensured that required records were maintained, while cleaning and discarding confusing or redundant data.
Within the tight time frame required, the BaseCorp team bridged the gap from the old to the new training program for NLCHI, provided group-based restrictions, and kick started a new three year partnership with a health care provider on the “Rock.”
